Beautiful, old country, with over 5000 miles of coastline along the Tyrrhenian, Adriatic, Ionian, Ligurian and of course the Mediterranean Sea. Sailor’s attention is set particularly on the Tyrrhenian coast of the peninsula, where charming marinas in small towns interweave with picturesque archipelagos.

Thanks to the large community of Italian boaters, all marinas offer a really high standard and basically offer everything a sailor can need. Since there are many places where we can possibly stay, we can plan our route more freely to explore the heritage of the Roman Empire.

Climate is varied and depends on the specific region. Generally along the coast of the climate is typically Mediterranean, with a long and sunny summer. North-western winds are predominant direction, but in many places it depends on sea and land breezes.
